Nocturne is a narrative, music-based puzzle game, fmade in a week for the Develop to Help - Ukraine game jam and then continued during SuNoFes.
A man is stranded in deep space, with no memories except a sense of purpose: he needs to somehow find his way back home; throughout the journey he writes in a diary as he starts to remember, with the help of… someone.

Move left and right to collect all the boxes. Once you have collected 7 boxes, the stack will start shaking: press the letter corresponding to the carrier to help them stabilize the stack. This way, and by keeping a pile standing for at least 10 seconds, you'll get points.

If you've ever wondered who keeps cleaning up all the battle royale maps, you're about to find out.

Cleanup Royale is a Top-down 2D cleanup game, where you clean up after a battle royale match has just ended. You repair broken doors, put weapons and items back in their intended spots, as well as clean up blood splatters. All this has to be done within a specific time limit. If you complete all your tasks you win the game, and the map is ready to be messed up all over again!

Game made during Global Game Jam 2019: What home means to you



Ease is a game where the player has to practice daily activities in a moving caravan using a mouse, while driving the car using arrow keys. Four different scenes appear in a daytime loop; their practice is made difficult by obstacles on the path.

Game made during the 43° Ludum Dare Jam: Sacrifices must be made





In the ancient village of Snecohtitlán you can either be a worshipper of Achtla, goddess of the sun and fire, or a cultist of Ezqui, god of thunder and storms, deities known as the two faces of the Mighty Snek.
Bring offerings to your deity to protect the village from their wrath.
Each deity will ask for 3 offerings at a time (fruit, gold, hens and NEWBORNS!), pick them carefully and bring them to your temple’s altar. Remember: bringing something unrequested to your altar will make the deity very sad.
The wrath of any god will affect the whole village: beware of Achtla’s fire walls (they will ostruct your path) and Ezqui’s electric fields (they’ll destroy your offering if you step on them).
When your deity’s satisfaction bar reaches zero, the other cult prevails and you lose.

Throughplay: walking across the videogame medium is my thesis project at Accademia di Belle Arti di Venezia.
How is it possible to use videogame for contemporary art? The first part of the book focuses on analyzing the qualities and identity of this complex medium, through themes such as player psychology, the effects of play on human beings, the emotional offer (between failure and gratification), the relationship between narration and interactivity. A second part, then, talks about how videogame entered the art world, as a pop culture element and as an expressive tool. I wrote about Game art and Artgames, with a case history filled with interesting projects by artists such as Cory Arcangel, Joseph DeLappe, Blast Theory, Bill Viola, Molleindustria, Galactic Cafe.

SUPER MAGICAL INVISIBLE RUN

SUPER MAGICAL INVISIBLE RUN is a videogame I made to accompany my graduate thesis. It's a playable reflection on the themes of tactical immersion and flow.



The focus is on gestures: the player sees their own hands and the input 'prosthesis' (the controller).
The gameplay is very simple: avoid obstacles placed in two rows (upper and lower). However, we see the gesture and not the game, which is in another space (3D audio in the player's headphones).
